(SEATTLE, Wash.) — The Board of Directors of the BPFNA is meeting Oct. 27-29 at University Baptist Church
and First Baptist Church
in Seattle. Volunteer board members come from across North America and serve three-year terms, with focused work on specialized committees that help guide the programmatic and administrative work of the BPFNA. This is the first meeting for the board members elected this past spring.
A warm welcome was provided by the two Partner Congregations at a dinner held Wed., Oct. 26, at Seattle First Baptist Church. Following dinner, BPFNA staff members LeDayne Polaski and Evelyn Hanneman provided an overview of the organization's history and current work.
The meeting continues through Sat., Oct. 29, with sessions planned at both churches. We are grateful to these congregations and their pastors, Manny Santiago (UBC) and Tim Phillips (FBC), for their gracious hospitality.
