On November 1, 2017 BPFNA ~ Bautistas por la Paz launched its fourth annual #GivingTuesday campaign. Called Colour the Dove, donations to this year’s campaign will go toward scholarships to bring Indigenous representatives from throughout the Americas to our 2018 Summer Conference in Keuka Park, NY.

“At our Summer Conference in Mexico, we had a significant contingent of Indigenous attendees,” said Executive Director LeDayne McLeese Polaski. “We heard many voices express the importance of having continuous Indigenous participation in our events. Providing space to share resources, tactics, and experiences will help connect and empower Indigenous communities across the Americas. With the help of those in the BPFNA ~ Bautistas por la Paz community, we can and must make this possible.”

The goal of this year’s campaign is to raise $5,000. Each week will tell a different story of an Indigenous community BPFNA ~ Bautistas por la Paz is connected with. Ten percent of all proceeds raised will also go toward disaster relief efforts in Mexico and Puerto Rico.

If you believe in reaching across borders and boundaries to create peace rooted in justice, please donate toward BPFNA ~ Bautistas por la Paz’s Colour the Dove campaign this November! Click here to donate online or mail a donation to BPFNA, 300 Hawthorne Ln, Suite 205, Charlotte, NC 28204.
