De`Ann Michelle Cunningham is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. As a life-long member of the Presbyterian Church (USA), this year she is celebrating 50 years as a member of Smallwood Presbyterian Church (Charlotte, NC).
De`Ann has a Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology and Development from American Intercontinental University and is in the process of completing a Master’s in Education, specializing in Instructional Design & Human Performance, from Walden University.
After working in corporate positions for many years – feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled – De`Ann was called and became actively involved with the ministry and mission of the PC (USA) denomination at various levels. She has also worked as a Change and Adaptability coach within churches undergoing transition.
De`Ann comes to BPFNA ~ Bautistas por la Paz with a diverse skillset ranging from office administration, customer service, and project management to leadership training, organizational coaching, and adult education. She has always worked and advocated for global Peace and Social Justice issues, and she loves to worship and fellowship with the Triune God.
De`Ann has one Son, Thomas, and two grandchildren, Thomas Jr. and Garyn.
