Fundraising and Development Manager

January 18, 2018 | FORPP seeks an extremely dedicated individual with a deep commitment to social justice and human rights, who can build financial capacity and organizational sustainability. The Fundraising and Development Manager (FDM) is responsible for maintaining FORPP’s income stream, including designing and implementing fundraising strategies, maintaining relationships with individual donors and foundations, and creating new, innovative fundraising methods and campaign. The FDM will work closely with the Communications and Operations Manager (COM) and Program and Advocacy Manager (PAM) to acquire suitable material for fundraising and grant applications. Faith Coordinator

This position will engage clergy and laity directly, both one-on-one and in group settings.  Must be able to identify needs and provide targeted support for highest impact in the area of culture shifts between the LGBTQ community, communities of color and communities of faith.  You will coordinate training and organizing efforts that will help increase the number of safe spaces, protections and access for LGBTQ people in North Carolina. English Language Pastor

November 14, 2017 | The English language pastor will provide spiritual care and leadership for the English language congregation: preaching and leading worship that speaks to people’s everyday lives; developing engaging programming that cultivates lay leadership capacities, biblical understanding, and spiritual attentiveness among congregants; and providing pastoral care.
