Executive Director

April 30, 2018 | Reporting to the National Council, the Executive Director (ED) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Fellowship of Reconciliation’s (FOR) staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. Office Manager (part time)

April 25, 2018 | The Office Manager has a commitment to the work of peace and justice and to the BPFNA ~ Bautistas por la Paz stance of welcome and inclusion. This is a person with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle diverse details. Computer, networking and technical capabilities are required as is competency in maintaining various record-keeping procedures, including databases. S/he must have the capacity for problem solving and working with a variety of equipment, the ability to be flexible and work cooperatively with other staff, and be willing and able to perform a wide assortment of duties. Fluency in speaking, writing and proofreading Spanish would be a strong asset. This person would need to be located within commuting distance of our Charlotte, NC office. Read more »

Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Outreach

Development & Communications Director Team

March 19, 2018 | SONG believes in a joint leadership model, where the overall management, oversight, and administration of the organization rests in a Director Team. The Director Team members are partners responsible for ensuring that the organization advances its mission while also maintaining its principles and integrity. They are responsible for financial soundness, programmatic strategies, infrastructure, and both internal and external communications. Operations Coordinator

March 19, 2018 | The Operations Coordinator position will work primarily with SONG’s finance and administration team. Collaboration will also be required with other staff, SONG members, and member-leaders in the execution of job duties. This position may require some travel to SONG convenings outside of Atlanta as well as evening and weekend work hours to support SONG’s external operations.
