Coordinator - Administrative Focus (Part Time)

Do you have a heart for interfaith work? MeckMin is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Coordinator with a focus on administrative tasks. These include:

  • Light bookkeeping
  • Electronic communications such as weekly newsletter
  • Event registration process
  • Monthly packets for board meetings (agenda, financial and committee reports, program updates)
  • Youth programming (summer camp planning)
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Indesign, Excel

The ideal candidate will have expertise and comfort with the above tasks as well as an ability to see the big picture of over-all programing for an interfaith organization. The ability to organize and coordinate tasks with other staff is essential as well as an ability to take initiative and work alone. The ideal candidate must also be committed to the ideals of MeckMin and have an appreciation for the complexities of interfaith work and communication.
