Peacemaker Ministries is about transforming relationships through the power of the gospel. The mission of Peacemaker Ministries is to equip and assist Christians and their churches to respond to conflict biblically. We do this by developing and delivering outstanding, life-changing resources, training, and services to a multitude of receptive churches throughout the world. We prepare church leaders, adults, and children for peacemaking through educational resources, seminars, and training. We also provide conflict coaching, mediation, and arbitration services to resolve church and ministry disputes, lawsuits, family divisions, and business conflicts.

Reporting to the Board of Directors as Peacemaker Ministries, most senior executive and leader of the corporation, the CEO develops and implements the strategic goals and objectives of Peacemaker Ministries (PM). The CEO ensures the financial integrity and solvency of PM and has a key role in fundraising activities for the organization. She/he serves as an ex officio (non-voting) member of the Board of Directors, and operates as the organizational leader of Peacemaker Ministries.

The CEO is a vision and mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and results-oriented leader with experience leading an organization, leading an executive management team, and developing a Christian and performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals. Importantly, the CEO will have the skills, sensitivity, and personal confidence to tap into the gifts each member of the organization brings to this mission. The CEO is ultimately responsible for all management and operations of Peacemaker Ministries.
